Need highly analytical, conscientious entrepreneur assistant (remote)

Hello, I’m an entrepreneur and mathematician, and I’m looking to hire a highly analytical, reliable, conscientious, and detail oriented remote assistant with strong research and writing skills, to help me with a wide variety of professional and personal tasks. Please only apply for this job if you can commit to working at least 10 hours per week (more than that would be even better).
I run a software company where we make products designed to help people and to improve social science research (e.g. an app to help people with mental health challenges, a tool for learning faster, a platform for running social science studies, etc.). I often have a very large amount of work to do, and am hoping that as my professional and personal assistant you will help free up quite a few hours for me.
As I mentioned, I’ll need you to be able to help with my work at least 10 hours per week. You’ll be working from your own home and can choose the days and times of day you prefer to work (e.g. mornings or evenings, weekdays or weekends, whatever is most convenient for you). I’ll need you to be able to do a call once per week for about 30 minutes (to go over any questions that have come up in your work, and to set your ongoing goals). Other than that, you’ll be working independently, though I will pretty much always be available to answer questions via email.
The starting pay for this job is $18 per hour.
Tasks will include a very wide range of things, which are often significantly more difficult than typical assistant work, such as:
-edit the articles I write, make suggested alterations, and reformat the articles for different mediums
-write a first draft of something for me
-help me set and stick to my work and life goals
-chart or crunch some data for me or clean up some data in a spreadsheet (e.g. using Microsoft Excel)
-read a handful of academic papers (nothing too technical) on a given topic and summarize them, or research a topic for me and write a short report about it
-find examples of stories from books or articles which illustrate specific points, that I can then use in my writing
-conduct interviews for me (e.g. customer interviews) and summarize the takeaways
-help me schedule a trip or meeting
-go through a large number of written responses in a study and categorize the results
-create a set of flash cards related to a specific topic
-create the first draft of slides for a presentation I’m giving based on notes that I send you, selecting appropriate images for each slide as well
-handle some routine business tasks and paperwork
-try out a new piece of software we’ve created, then give feedback and try to find any remaining bugs
-write up a company newsletter and manage routine company tasks
-and other professional / personal assistant type tasks.
As you may have noticed this is rather an unusual assistant role, and to do it well will require really strong analytic thinking, conscientiousness, and reliability, as well as writing and research ability.
To apply for the job please take this very challenging application test, at the link below, which will give me a lot of information about you that a resume normally can’t:
