This is the introduction of my research method's paper. (There is project significance, research significance, project aims and methodology)

There are many vocabulary and grammatical mistakes. I need you to edit and rewrite it in a professional way.

Some sentence are repeated in some sense. I need you to find them, rewrite them in a different way and/or delete them if necessary.

I run an online strength and conditioning business for footballers, every day we post on instagram @matchfit_conditioning, showing fitness exercises or workouts from pro football clubs and pro players from around the world. We have a social media following of over 100,000, almost 95k on instagram, and are followed by some of the biggest names in world football.

I am looking for somebody to write captions of no more than about 100 words for each daily instagram video post. You will be supplied with all the video content, you must just come up with the caption for the post, and add the hashtags and make sure you tag the original player or club in the post.

You MUST have experience in the fitness world. I would like you to pick out one feature of the video and supply an interesting fact about it for the 100 word or less caption, making sure it is backed by science.

For example, if a video post shows a player doing a squat – for the caption you will give an interesting fact about squats which relates to football.

I can also supply you with lots of football specific science backed research to use if you wish.

We require one post per day, 7 days per week. Until now I have been writing the captions, but I am looking to assign this role to somebody so that I can focus in other areas of the business which can add even greater value, we are now really using instagram just as a marketing platform, players will find the real value on our website in our training programmes, blog and online academy.
