I want to write a blog post about morning ritual – its importance and how I do my morning ritual based on my research about successful people's morning ritual.

Here is the outline and I put some of my ways of doing morning ritual. And at the end I will attach a lot of reference videos. After reading and researching, I have refined a morning ritual that fit with my lifestyle. The important thing is that the morning ritual does the work for you.

What works for me – Being a working mom, won’t be able to spend 1 hour so I have the following condense version of Morning ritual

For me, the morning ritual started from the night before – see the other article – Daily Planning
So it saves time that in the morning I can use 10-15 minutes to finish the following first 4 steps

**Morning ritual**
1. Silence – stretch, deep breath for 3 mins and in the mean time think of the things I am grateful for – –
2. Affirmation – Daily Affirmation, I am …. Is a strong sentence and will guide through the day or read an inspiration quote
3. Read the goals and Visualization – What would make today great and visualize success – I have my one year goal and 13 weeksgoals written out on a piece of paper and put it on my night stand, I read it out loud and visualize how I will s
4. Exercises – squat, push up, sit up x 10-20 times , I am also considering trying to buy a trampoline or just bounce- cleanse the lymphatic system (boost immune system). For the mom’s – the trampoline is a great tool for kids to release their energy too before having them to do their homework – that is why I am considering.
5. Reading – inspiration video – I will have a little pause between step 4 and 5 as I need to get my boy and myself ready to go to day care and work. Then after dropping my son off, I will listen to inspirational videos from youtube or start reading my audio book
6. Scribing – perspective – when I get to work – normally I am quite early so I spend 5 minutes to scribble the following in my journal

I am looking to hire some people to re-write short paragraphs that were originally written by me.   So I will provide a few sentences to you and you must write the same thing in your own words using more or less words and your own style, so it does not look like everything was written by me alone.

So there is no research or knowledge needed to complete this assignment.  Here is an example:

An example of a sentence I will provide you:
the idea is that the person started the poll shouldn’t control it.  The voters should control the poll.  When a poll closes is very important, like say before some bad news is about to break ….  So let the majority decide when the polls should close.

What I might expect from you:
no single person should decide when voters should stop voting.  It makes more sense if the folks who are voting decide when to stop.

These sentences will be used on a website bulletin board that I am creating.  So basically I am looking for someone with a writing style that is different from mine and who can.  It's actually a very simple task that does not require any researching.

I will give you 1 page and would expect you to re-write that one page.
