The out-put we are looking for is a "white paper" of sorts that creates a third party review showing there is a marketplace and demand for non-traditional experiential real estate education that you don't learn in "traditional" schools. We need to vet out ALL THE ANGLES on this. One example I heard yesterday is when Warren Buffett took a class (outside of college) that taught him how to do public speaking effectively.

We've started to compile data on other non-traditional schooling examples, as well as the massive market place and NEWS from the past 3 years. In fact, just last week Zillow announced they are going to start flipping homes http://money.cnn.com/2018/04/13/investing/zillow-house-flipping/index.html and you'll also see a document showing nearly 100 television/media shows that showcase people making money from real estate or design, etc with millions of viewers also proving the market place. I'm still working on getting more of the viewership for each.

Don't just focus on real estate, but in proving the market place you should also show other "non-traditional advanced education" platforms and sources that people go to. We've found costs from $300 to $75,000 (give this range) for courses and you can see some of them in the doc attached.

We've compiled quite a bit of research for this project already. Also feel free to do additional research, the more the better. Reference everything in the doc (probably should have a big index of all the references) including charts and graphs (which we can actually create if you tell us what and where you want it).
