So, I got a client who is interested in publishing a book. I'd asked him to fill out a form which can help you to understand this book idea. Below are all of his answers:

The goal is to narrate different chapters that outlines the journey, lessons learned and impart that knowledge to the readers. The book is targeted to motivate young budding entrepreneurs.

Q2. Who is the intended audience (age, sex, education, level, etc)? *
A. Target Audience include:
1. Youth who are in college and looking for career path or guidance to become an entrepreneur
2. Young Adults (Age from 25 to 35) who are in their prime career and wants to build their business
3. Adults (age 35 to 45) who are stuck in their career at Senior Manager or Director who thinks they can do more but afraid to take that plunge

Q3. What should be the ideal length of your book? *
A. 150 – 200 pages

Q4. Do you have any chapters or outline of the book in your mind? If yes, then please write it down. *
A. Not really

Q5. How your book is different from other books on the same topic? *
A. It is story of a boy from small town in India to a CEO in USA. It is focusing on immigrants who need more boost to take that plunge and create wealth for themselves and others.

Q6. Do you also want to include your personal stories/ experiences in your book? *
A. Yes.

Q7. What are your expectations with your Angel Writer? *
A. Build Outline of book, chapters, work with me on framework, interview me on each chapters for outline, develop story and then get it reviewed, and finalize the book.

A. Over the past 3.5 years a team of people and I have traveled around the United States creating better patient and cancer care models at a grassroots level. We have changed patient care at the provider level and have created a list of best practices, key takeaways, and great stories to share with patients Nationwide. There are a lot of changes happening in healthcare and the patient should be educated at the front-line as to how to manage against these changes.

A. People ages 35-70 who want to learn more about best practices in patient care/consultations/treatment with their physicians

Q3. What should be the ideal length of your book? *
A. 150 – 200 pages

Q4. Do you have any chapters or outline of the book in your mind? If yes, then please write it down. *
A4. I would like to write this up as a part of the next steps of this assignment

Q5. How your book is different from other books on the same topic? *
A5. There really isn't anything out there that is similar. We created a new model and communication tools around prostate cancer care on a grassroots level. The stories are one-of-a-kind and are incredibly heartfelt.
