For this, we need a talented Content Marketing Manager. Our BFS storyteller will take full responsibility for our inbound marketing strategies, including social media, blogs and lead generation. Our storyteller will increase traffic to and from our site and will establish us as a thought-leader, innovator and home to those with interest in the small business sector.

Who You Are

You are a creative marketing professional who loves to write. You build images with words. You shape impressions as you share engaging content to attract and retain customers. You are adventurous, once you have done your research and you experiment with new venues and technologies. You also watch and learn from marketing trends to improve your craft, test and hone your skills. Your goal is to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.

You know how to appeal to our stakeholders and to present BFS as the champion of small business that it is. Under your watch, BFS increases customer acquisition, brand awareness, lead nurturing and customer retention. Metrics will reflect the result of your careful research, critical thinking skills and masterful content. Your language will populate our Landing pages, PPC ads, Facebook ads, Email Marketing, DM, Brochures, Print ads and postings. You will use your lens to describe the challenges small business owners face and to inspire them to succeed.

Your language and images will act as a ‘magnet.’ By producing interesting case studies, white papers, guides, eBooks, webinars and blogs you become an “evangelist,” for BFS’s mission and goals.

What You Will Do

You promote BFS and you are unstoppable. By using words as your primary promotional tool, you master content strategy. You are excited about how your efforts increase the Company’s influence and presence on the Web and you keep experimenting to make BFS more accessible, visible and recognizable.

As CMM you will: –

Design content marketing strategies, set short-term goals and achieve business targets

Plan, develop and execute content and thought leadership initiatives that will support business growth, customer engagement and retention

Generate content for small business owners and also for ISOs, BFS Capital Board, Institutional investors, Corporate Partners etc.

Produce compelling content to increase customer acquisition, brand awareness, lead nurturing and customer retention; this content will include case studies, white papers, guides, eBooks, webinars and will act as a “magnet,” drawing customers to BFS

Draft text for monthly ISO Promotions

Create ‘scripts’, sales-guides, email templates to enable our direct sales team to speak to business owners as lending experts in each of the industries we serve

Amplify the message by enlisting content partners; you form strong partnerships with Industry Associations, Small Business Associations, Thought-leaders, Key Influencers, to spread the word in credible places within relevant networks

Use Case Studies and Customer Stories to increase the number of reviews; write the content for TrustPilot and Google Reviews; produce Video Case Studies & Customer Testimonials

Manage and work with agencies and freelance content writers to ensure campaigns are promoted and shared across all appropriate channels

Develop an editorial calendar, manage projects and delegate tasks to meet deadlines

Follow trends, evaluate content performance; create, develop, edit and proof-read and optimize all content, utilizing SEO and Google Analytics

Encourage customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

Success

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field

Knowledge of the small business loan funding process

Prior success as a content marketing manager

Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software

Understanding of web publishing requirements

Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences

Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics

Expertise in social media platforms

Project management skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and writing skills in English

Looking for a great biography writer bring out my story of life and business. The purpose for this would be for my personal branding and goal would be to present online, on multiple platforms so SEO  friendly is a must.

My background is a technical outerwear designer and now product developer inventor and businessman. I hope my story is compelling to you and captures the eye of somebody that has a similar background in some way and or can relate to where I have come from and where I plan on going

From being at nine years old and learning to sew in home economics class, to start a business selling hats at 10y to my years obsessing on a sewing machine,learning how to build and manufacture technical snowboard outerwear by the time I was 16 years old,  by taking apart as many garments as I can get my hands on to understand how they were made.  And before i was 20 I had full production team of sewers..  all that goes into the technical aspects of apparel design and my adventures overseas looking for factories,  and moving to product development and creating a number of unique products and businesses.. my technical snowboard outerwear background enabled me to bring a unique stylish marketing angle to all the ventures,,  from an industry leading truck accessory product line, tactical EMS outerwear company, aerospace cargo securement business and now put together a full aerospace engineering team.  my plan is. starting to come together and now with the engineering team where I want to take our products will be another level.  

Sorry for the writing of this ad, in a little bit of a rush to write it and not spending much time editing it.  Currently, I have been writing out my different stages of life and projects,  it had been organized in Onenote. Where I hope the writer that I end up working with can simply log in and work with me. there and help me finish where I'm at to give me the push I need to finish this.
