VisaVue Marketplace is a global self-service web analytics portal featuring a variety of apps which provides performance data and insights to Visa clients around their card or merchant portfolios. This position will have three main responsibilities: 1. Work with Product Managers, Support and Technology to create support documentation for users of the Marketplace. This documentation will define and document the functionalities of both the Marketplace portal as well as the individual apps. 2. Work with our Client Success personnel to create and update user conversion and training materials to support converting our existing VisaVue Online users to the VisaVue Marketplace as well as onboarding new users. 3.
