We're looking to make an operations manual to document as many of the processes of our business as possible.  We are an rapidly expanding hvac service company and need to document all of our methods, and processes to Efficiency train, manage, and improve our operations.  
Everything from how to document time on the job, to putting out cones while parkings, to how our sales process works, etc..  

Everything from how to lock up at night to how to apply for a franchise needs to be drafted.  

Obviously we have a list of priories once we find a couple Freelancers to continue work with on this project.   

Overall needing someone able to write efficient processes, which are easy to understand.  Which can be used to train very quickly.  

Having HVAC  experience/ knowledge on the operations side isn't a must but would be helpful if like knowledge of operations on a service business.

We think it's time for the A/C industry to Evolve and need a great training manual to help us grow.

Right now Looking to have a 2 page document of "how we Gorilla Market with Flyswatters"
one page/ infographic on instructions , what to do, what to not do.  Where to place, what to say..    next page needs to be a form in which a rep can fill out documenting the area, how many brochures, or flyswatter were put out , any leads and general notes.  

Attached are notes on what we need.   Would like deliver of final product which we can functionally use.  

Main infographic will be printed out on cardstock and laminated or printed into a clip board or folder.  

Info/ post job note will be a printout out page

Making this look like 2 pages of a 300 page operations manual  is the idea goal.
