We are a Marketing business that's not like any of your traditional marketing agency. We are looking for someone to come in and help is re-brand our business.
Currently we are known as a marketing agency for emerging startups but after 18 months in business it has become clear to us that we're no longer just another marketing agency. In fact we want to be a place where businesses can give us a call at the drop of a heart-beat and ask us for help with anything marketing related.
We have a portfolio of over 50 marketing specialists around the world working on our client's projects at any given time, when our client has a new marketing project they need help with, through us, they are able to deploy a team of marketing experts to help them out.
We also do things for our small business clients where if they don't have time to do it themselves, we are able to help them.
An example is social media, we take the headache of our client's social media by taking charge of what their business needs to do to keep them engaged with their customers through posting, responding, social listening and etc so that our clients have time to work on other things in their business.

We’re looking for a smart, high-energy social media and community manager to join the corporate marketing and communications team at Sprinklr. You will be the brains and energy behind the community management and social media strategy for the world’s leading customer experience and social media management technology company. Serving as the social voice of Sprinklr and the bridge between us and the world, you’ll be responsible for building, cultivating, and activating the Sprinklr communities, creating experiences that surprise, delight, and add value at every point along the way. Passion, creativity, adaptability, and a quick wit are key. This position is available immediately and will be based in NYC or remote as part of Sprinklr’s marketing and communications department. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment at one of the world’s most valuable tech companies – all while running social strategy and execution for a company helping to shape the industry’s future.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute strategies for building and nurturing Sprinklr communities on all major social platforms.
- Execute influencer relations program, expanding the Sprinklr community even further, both online and in person. You’ll be the face of Sprinklr with influential writers, bloggers, and professionals in the marketing, enterprise tech, and social media spaces.
- Engage Sprinklr social media audiences with regular, engaging content supporting social campaigns, proactive outreach, and our customer support program.
- Be the trusted advisor of social: You’re the social voice of Sprinklr’s brand and a bank of knowledge on the product, as well as an expert on industry trends and best-practices more broadly.
- Develop reports and analyze community insights to spot trends that inform content and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate relevant communications, manage reputation, identify opportunities for earned reach, and coordinate action accordingly.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
- 5 years experience in community management, social media strategy, or digital communications. Experience with B2B social media marketing is a plus.
- A proven track-record of conceiving and executing engaging brand campaigns on social, in-house or as part of an agency.
- Deep understanding of and expertise in managing popular and emerging social channels
- Outstanding copywriting skills, with an ability to develop compelling, on-brand, content and copy quickly and independently.
- Business communication skills suitable to represent a respected brand.
- Intimate knowledge of Sprinklr technology, and/or other enterprise-grade social media management platforms.
- Data-driven operator: You rely on reporting and digital/social data available to draw insights and make decisions.
- The ability to produce a large quantity of high quality work, in collaboration with a team
- Balancing maintenance of your focus on priorities and with keeping your eyes open in an environment rich with opportunities
