Gringo Group run 9 websites in the media publishing space. We have about 2 million visitors a month combined.

The sites make money via affiliate marketing/price comparison and traditional display advertising.
These websites rely on traffic from Google and for that reason our main objective is to attract as many visitors as possible from content that we write on a daily basis.

Most of our websites are divided into 2 different categories such as “blog content”, which is very informational and “review content”, this content is mostly about reviewing gear just like you would see on a famous site like Wirecutter

We are seeking a person that can be the bottleneck of this entire project and push the entire business into new heights – both traffic and revenue wise.

You will have the full responsibility of every website and daily talks with the editor of each site.
You will have weekly and monthly KPIs that you will be evaluated on.

We are looking for a person that have the following:

1. Experience from the media publishing industry as an editor and with management. Managing a large team and working on big sites with over 500k visitors a month.

2. A very solid understanding of the factors that influences traffic and growth of a big website including:
Advanced SEO knowledge both ON/OFF page
Quality of the content published
Management of writers, developers, and other staff

3. A strong grip on data and analytics for a bigger website and using it grow each website.

4. Leadership skills – You will be managing a division of the company with over 100 freelancers and full time editors. Your leadership will directly influence how well the company can perform.

5. Very strong personal management skills – You will not get anything done, if you can not prioritize your time and you are will not make it, if you can’t manage this area well.

6. You need to have a “Teacher/Mentor” mindset, as you will constantly be skyping and coaching both editors and writers to perform better in every way possible.

7. You need to be a hard worker, humble and willing to learn. If you are think you know it all, you will not last long in our company. Everyone has room for improvement.

8. You need to speak native English, otherwise you won’t be able to quality check a lot of the content.

This job is remote – you can work from any location with stable and high-speed internet. We will not accept slow connections.

You will be required to skype with the CEO of the company weekly or biweekly and also talk to the editors weekly.

You will be expected to have a central role in recruiting and scaling the teams for each site.

I am looking for a female writer who has a passion for women's fashion, beauty, make up and shoes to write fun and helpful blog posts on this subject.

These articles are for a North American audience so you must be American.

Typical articles will be things like “5 tips for painting your nails”, “3 ways to get great deals on expensive shoes”, “Top 5 Make Up Kits in 2018” etc
