Our national managed care company’s Florida Health Plan is hiring a Healthcare Proposal Writer. This is a M-F (no holidays) full time, daytime business hours position.
This Proposal Writer will be helping to put together RFPs (request for proposal) to bring in new business. These RFPs need to be met with strict deadlines, so someone who works well under pressure will be a good fit. The ability to meet deadlines and juggle several projects at once is the most important part of this position.
Salary up to $52,000

Requirements:
- Bachelors in English, communications, journalism, or related field
- 3+ years of project management, grant/proposal writing, or healthcare supervisory experience

Our client in the Philadelphia area is looking for a Technical Writer to join their team. This is starting as a contract role with a very well-known organization.
Position Description:
- Provide the user guide that will be hosted on our support site
- 25% of the time in meetings understanding feature
- 75% of the time is dedicated to technical documentation
- Create Customer support onboarding materials (i.e. user guide, etc)
- Contributions supporting go-to-market requirements
- UX technical writing
- Deliver detailed user guides which will be used by the support team and that will also be embedded in our cloud-based enterprise platform.
- Establish the user assistance practice and authoring tools/systems that can output to multiple targets such as: Text/PDF guides, HTML micro-sites from the same source material.
- Work independently to gather information from Ux designers, software developers and product management about features/workflows, and create (helpful, interesting, well-organized, consistent, high-quality) user assistance content from scratch.
- Write concise, persuasive, on-task content for the user interface that keeps users engaged and reduces their potential confusion by reducing user errors.
