Q1. Tell us briefly about your book idea. (Around 200 – 500 words) *
A. Over the past 3.5 years a team of people and I have traveled around the United States creating better patient and cancer care models at a grassroots level. We have changed patient care at the provider level and have created a list of best practices, key takeaways, and great stories to share with patients Nationwide. There are a lot of changes happening in healthcare and the patient should be educated at the front-line as to how to manage against these changes.
Q2. Who is the intended audience (age, sex, education, level, etc)? *
A. People ages 35-70 who want to learn more about best practices in patient care/consultations/treatment with their physicians
Q3. What should be the ideal length of your book? *
A. 150 – 200 pages
Q4. Do you have any chapters or outline of the book in your mind? If yes, then please write it down. *
A4. I would like to write this up as a part of the next steps of this assignment
Q5. How your book is different from other books on the same topic? *
A5. There really isn't anything out there that is similar. We created a new model and communication tools around prostate cancer care on a grassroots level. The stories are one-of-a-kind and are incredibly heartfelt.

A. Yes

Proofread Already Transcribed Transcripts Against Audio Files – Full Time Position – Upwork
We're in need of a skilled proofreader who is able to proofread transcripts against audio files as well as transcribe audio files.
