We are looking for someone who is crazy talented, detailed, and fun to join our Reputation Defender Team.

What is a Reputation Defender you ask?
We help our clients to generate positive online reviews and respond to this online chatter on sites such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Each review is customized to the reviewer, so nothing is canned.

Sound confusing? Not to worry, we will teach you the ropes.

We need someone who is technology savvy (really important), who is positive (we have an amazing team and don’t want to disrupt this with any naysayers), someone who loves customer service (we help clients respond to negative online reviews, which can be sensitive for them), has an attitude of learning, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. It will take someone that has excellent communication skills (including writing and grammar) and someone who has a lot of compassion; owning a business is hard and business owners need someone who can show them understanding and heart. It will take someone who is super creative in their writing. Are you good at blog writing and/or editing? There might be an opportunity for you to help with our content team too. Have a PR background? We want you!

The job is super rewarding as we have a talented team and amazing clients. The downside is, it can get a bit tedious responding to a lot of reviews each day. The good news is, there is a lot of client follow-up and interaction, which breaks the day up.

We work remotely, which means you can work from your home from wherever you like. If you live in Hawaii, great! If you live in Timbuktu, this is great too! We are looking for someone who is exceptional, regardless of experience. We offer flexible time, but we need someone who is available in the mornings, as this is when most of the activity for responding to reviews takes place.
