Executive wanting to move away from traditional podium speech using Power Point to a more exciting, engaging, and persuasive 'TED Talk' type keynote address at upcoming conference. Topic will be 'Shaping our Future' related for preparing our organizations and managers for the future workforce and workplaces. Similar to most TED talk style speeches, wanting an effective "hook" that captures the audience's attention immediately, uses persuasive stories/anecdotes/statistics, and end with a call to action. The audience will consist of Human Resources professionals.

Prefer a writer with previous TED Talk style speech writing experience, but will consider others. Enclosed are interview transcription files. and other key points to be addressed as appropriate (*understand every point can't be included in an 18 minute speech).  Additional information and relevant content can be provided once speechwriter is selected.
