If you want to change you life and make more money than you can imagine, then take the time to read this post. I believe only the people that are meant to read it and apply will do so. I known since I was 17 that I’d always be O.K. in this sense that I’d be successful one day, so every chance I have, I take because I never know which one is going to be the one, and I learn so much from every failure. If you are in the top 1 percentile of EQ, you should get paid more than anyone else in the world. If you don’t know what EQ is, then research it and apply if you feel like you qualify. I feel like I have an above average IQ, but my EQ is off the charts. I want to find others like me that push themselves and peers naturally. I want to find those that are like me and give them the opportunity to make the money that they deserve. These people know deep inside that they are different, and I feel like nobody out there has brought them together and it is an untapped resource. I want to start the first organization of people like myself that think in a way that is people oriented because this is what really drives the change in our world. If you think Silicone Valley has revolutionized the world, wait to see what happens when we get together and make things happen that change the world in a way that Elon Musk would look at with amazement. He is the most brilliant man in the world, and I believe that he will push what we can do to a level that we don’t even understand yet. I am writing this because I feel like this is my calling. The person on the other side of the spectrum is Brian Casella. He is the person that I feel Contrasts and Compliments Elon in a way that promotes synergy. My role is to bring this new idea of putting myself out there and then being the role model for those that want to be the person that they dream of. The short of it is that I began door knocking for Real Estate and it changed my life. I always had the self discipline to do what I know I had to do, but now I am able to do anything in life because I don’t allow myself to back out of any situation where I know what is best for me to grow. It really feels like a super power. And if your watch Brian Casella’s transformation from the beginning of his Real Estate career on You Tube, you will see one of the best examples out there.
The reason I’m writing this and spending over $1,000 on the ad is because I know that by door knocking you can learn the skill set that will transfer over into any career. The highest paid people in the world have ana amazing EQ. Sure, there are definitely outliers. But, by joining me, I can show you how to change yourself in an amazing way. Even if you don’t continue to door knock, you will learn skills and confidence that will change your life. And the best part is that I use the Kaizen method, which starts with baby steps so you never feel any pain. You only advance when you’re comfortable so it’s like you’re getting pulled into the water, not pushed in. And whenever you look back you are amazed at how far you are.
I feel like this in the missing part of Western Culture. So many teachers push you to be better, but in reality is transforming when you do the smallest increment possible, only every day. That’s the other key. You change yourself by doing something daily and it affects every other aspect of your life.
The biggest aspect of my life that have been affected are my self discipline, sales and relationships. And I feel like these are the most important areas of life for most men like myself. In life, if you can constantly improve yourself, sales (your career), and relationships, then you’ll eventually master the areas of life that create fulfillment.
So my plan is to find those in any industry, as I selected every single one possible to post this to, to join me and I will pay them an hourly wage of $20 per hour after they pass probation and earn up to 10% of any commissions that I earn from people that they connected with . The $20 per hour that they earn will be subtracted from their commissions that they earn.Probation ends whenever the person says that they are ready to door knock 100 homes 3 days in a row. This is an example of the Kaizen method. I will be there every step of the way showing them how I went from not being able to talk to anyone at the door, to getting contact information from 6% of all home that I knock. I wish I could see how this number ranks compared to best out there, but I haven’t been able to find any data. What I know is that I’m on pace to put 900 contacts in my database in one year from door knocking WARM doors, not cold. Warm because I give them something at the door, and they give me their information in return. This is an example of EQ.
I want to find people out there that can outperform me, because that is the path to growth. Being comfortable with hiring those who are better than you because you know that you have a skill set that will provide for you with in any situation and believing in abundance in the world. This is key. To just let go and give because you know the world will give back. It is so counter intuitive, but it is crazy and so true. Almost all the people with the highest EQ that have written books have said this, and I started giving one dollar to every homeless person that I’ve seen in the last week, and I’ve been given so much money and ideas that it feels like it’s been paid 100 to one.
That’s another reason why I’m spending over $1000 on this ad, because I know that it is such a small investment of my goal to make over $1,000,000 per year within 4 years. I realized that this goal was achievable after taking Kevin Ward’s Real Estate coaching. Brian Casella is also a past student of Kevin Ward. Kevin Ward is a past student of the Master of Real Estate coaching, Tom Ferry. I asked for a blueprint of Real Estate success, and Kevin Ward has laid it out. Then I took Brian Casella’s mastery of door knocking and implemented my spin on it, and I feel like I am the best door knocker in San Diego. If anyone would like to try to beat my numbers, I actually hope they do in return showing me how to improve. If nobody can. then I would like to start a business hiring and teaching door knockers to supply the best leads possible to any business out there.
This is my main goal. To revolutionize any industry with face to face sales. Not phone sales. And do it in a way that is 100% sincere and is a win win for both sides. This is the key. To understand that anything less than a complete win win is not sustainable. And understanding that both parties can and should walk away from every transaction feeling like they and the other party got the best deal possible. This is an example of EQ. Emotional Quotient. The people that can honestly do sales, business, or relationships caring about the other party as much as themselves, with absolutely no B.S. is what I feel will change the world.
