Essential Duties:
- Collaborate and collect information from business users and developers for use in creating clear, concise business requirements and system specification documentation for both new and existing systems
- Create and update documentation including system workflows, logical processes, operating system environments and interfaces with other systems
- Conduct research on applications through observation, research and discussions with technical specialists
- Organize and write supporting documents for in-scope applications
- Develop and maintain documentation describing business requirements, development, logic, coding, testing, changes and corrections, and revise documents as new issues arise
- Submit copies to technical lead for feedback; deliver high quality documentation in short timeframes
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the applications and required support documentation (Design, System Specification and Business Requirements, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA or BS in English or Journalism, with other formal training in Information Technology, and Computer Science
- At least five years of experience in technical writing about software technologies, with basic knowledge of RSA / Archer configuration management
- Proven editing and communication skills, including significant knowledge and experience using VISIO and other desktop publishing applications
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures, and skills in systems analysis and design, workflow or procedural analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES:
