I have a draft manuscript of 20-25,000 words for my new book aimed at aspiring non-executive directors. It's called "Right Seat, Right Table: How to find and secure your ideal non-executive board role".

It's a blend of previously written articles, going through a methodology that I teach people, case studies (that need to be dotted throughout the book as inspiration to others – they are not yet in the manuscript but are on my website www.futuredirectors.com) and more. I'm probably going to add chapter end action points and questions as part of the final draft.

This job requires a few rounds and someone who can not just proofread but can think logically about the flow of book, can understand the (mostly) non technical language and make recommendations for new content that would make it better.

I'm hoping to have this project complete by the end of May and I'm getting a designer to do the cover designs and layouts too.

This is a new account but we have worked for years on UpWork.
