This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Works with Product Manager, Project Managers, Systems Analysts and Programmers to create and edit application and systems documentation, user manuals, training courses, and procedures.
- Interview content owners and help build content
- Prepares proposals and technical reports,
- Create security related newsletters
- Make content understandable to end users.
- Partner with Information Security program teams to understand and scope training gaps: – Determine opportunities and prioritize
- Document content with the program team leads in storyboard format
- Create storyboards in word to help train on security risks and preventative actions.
- Submit requests for training
- Identify timelines and manage to them for content development and review cycles
- Document training related communication to announce training to target audience
- Support additional internal communication needs as required such as policy change announcements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Excel, MS Word and Visio, along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required.
- Must have strong writing skills, be detailed oriented, organized, inquisitive, independent and be a quick learner.
Technical Writer

Kforce has a client in the Holland, Michigan (MI) job market who is seeking an experienced IT Communications Writer. This role is a long-term contracting need.
Summary:
This position will focus on creating a variety of Information Technology internal communication documents including – Bulletins, Newsletters, Advisories, etc. The IT Communications Writer will review Technical Notices, Security Warnings, User Awareness Updates, and other documents and then create interesting and engaging Business Communications from them. The candidate should have a strong writing background and have experience producing Corporate Communication documents that are engaging and informative. The goal for these communications are to update and educate a variety of functional business users about various Information Technology topics. A portfolio of examples of previous work in creating internal Business Communication collateral will be required to be considered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree related to Business/Technical Communications
- 3-5 years of minimum experience creating business communication documents in a large-scale corporate environment
- Experience creating Technology focused newsletters and bulletins

• Seeking a digital copywriter to create customer-focused copy for our service platforms. This position requires someone with expert knowledge of web writing best practices, experience writing customer-facing instructional copy, ADA/508 compliance and familiarity with quality assurance testing. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Art Department as needed
