My real estate company publishes one article a week on its blog.  I enjoy writing and like to think I have a distinct style — but I cannot keep up with it and maintain my other work for the business.  I'm looking for an article writer with a witty and dynamic style to do some article rewrites for my business.  A long-term relationship with a writer who can match my desired style is the ultimate goal.

We will provide you with articles to be rewritten, usually between 500 and 1000 words each.  They will all have something to do with real estate, and the purpose of the articles will be to entertain the audience while providing them useful information.  I love providing good information in a witty, jovial, and engaging manner; I enjoy throwing in unexpected colloquial phrases and seemingly unrelated pop culture references; really, I want people to have fun reading my blog and maybe learn something at the same time.  Life's too short to read boring stuff — but it's also too complicated to be uninformed.

We're writing for everyday folks, people who like to read entertaining stuff but who still could benefit from knowing a thing or two more about real estate.  I'm thinking of first-time home buyers, folks going through foreclosure, homeowners who need help with repairs or selling their home, etc.  We want to bring value and entertainment to people who visit our website.

We are also in the market for a writer who can create excellent-quality original SEO-oriented articles to be published roughly once a month.  If you are a writer who feels like you can emulate the style I describe AND you have a proven track record of creating effective SEO content, that would be absolutely ideal.

We're looking to plan out our next year of articles: 13 SEO, 34 article rewrites, and 5 call-to-action articles.  (I will probably write the latter myself.)  We're willing to pay around $12-$15 for each rewrite and $85+ for each SEO article.
