Description : The Azure Subscription, Management and Billing team is looking to add two Technical Writers to the team. This team works with 250 Technical Support Guides which include articles describing customer scenarios (questions/concerns/ect). The team is now responsible for rewriting these articles to abide by the new MS principals and style guidelines. The Technical Writers will work closely with their SME’s, and depending on the state of the scenario, may be tasked with editing/formatting/more research. These guides are then shared with their internal professionals and Engineers to help answer customer questions!
Required:
4+ years of Technical Writing – must have work samples to share
Understanding of Agile/Sprint Methodologies
Needs to be well versed in MS Office Products; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, SharePoint, Visual Studio
*Previous MS experience is nice to have but not a requirement
Day to Day:
Design, develop, and write technical information online or in print for the Azure Subscription Management Support Engineers. Produce documentation that complies with documentation plan requirements, obtain technical information from variety of project owners; convert specific feedback into documentation, respond to editorial and reviewer feedback.
